Office Volunteer

Support staff with daily office tasks at Tokyo office. Get to know unique staff and activities of international NGO through volunteering at least once a week, 3 hours a day. Please start with trial volunteer for a day

· Requirements

Basic skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) in Japanese and in English. Experience in working with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and E-mail. Please mention of your experience with Habitat, we give priority for those who are interested in our work.

· Condition

Volunteer. Transportation (Max. of 1000 yen per day), and lunch (500 yen) for those who work 10am to 6pm provided at the end of each month.

Translation Volunteer

Support staff with translation tasks between Japanese and English on ad-hoc bases. Volunteers can work at home according to their own schedule as communicating through e-mails.

· Requirement

High level of proficiency in Japanese and English language (we have a simple test). Environment to communicate promptly through e-mails and long-tem commitment. Also requires the knowledge about Habitat�fs activities, please mention if you have any prior experience with Habitat but also translation.

Event Volunteer

Supporting staff at Habitat booth at fares and events. Tasks varies from preparation to PR at the site, volunteers can interact with HFH Japan staff and other volunteers. You can also register as office and translation volunteer at the same time.
