【JPN Relief-42】 Iwate : Storage Cabinets featured on Tokaishimpo
In addition to the rehabilitation project, community support in temporary shelters complex have also begun in Ofunato city.
At the Odachi temporary shelter complex, volunteers all over Japan, together with the residents are working on a project to build storage cabinets, and The Tokaishimpo has reported it on their May 8th paper.
In the article, not only the content of the project was reported but it also called on any affected people from other temporary shelter complex to inform Habitat Japan of similar needs.
Tokaishimpo is a local newspaper that covers news from southern area of Iwate prefecture, where Ofunato is located, with daily circulation of 17,000 copies.
