Habitat for Humanity Japan (HFHJ)'s Travelers with a Purpose (TWP) is a forum for people interested in travel and making a difference in the world to meet, socialize, and learn from each other. Each meeting focuses on a different theme related to travel, housing, and volunteerism. Meetings also provide opportunities for attendees to learn about upcoming HFHJ global house-building trips. The group meets the first Tuesday of every month and is open to everyone. Entrance is free. We look forward to seeing you there!

1 1"Open team- Japan Hope Builders 2008"
The participants of our open team "Japan Hope Builders" will introduce their GV experience they had in Bangkok, Thailand.
It was pilot project team for HFHJ which worked with travel agency "STA travel, and one of the most popular Japanese travel guide book CHIKYU-NO-ARUKIKATA/Globe-Trotter.. The participants met other members at Narita airport for the first time, and built great team during thier GV trip. Join our "TwP" and share your ideas and thoughts with other Habitaters!＜Next TwP Meeting＞
When: Tuesday,November 4, From 7PM (No entrance fee).* Travelers with a Purpose meets the first Tuesday of every month.

ハビタット・ジャパンが開催する「Travel with a Purpose；ハビ人集会」では、ハビタットやボランティアなどに関わる「ハビ人」たちが、毎月第一火曜日に集まり、気軽に情報交換などを行うアットホームなイベントです。参加するだけの観光旅行では物足りない…この旅に関わるスタッフや参加ボランティアなどの「ハビ人」と出会い、この特別な旅について語り合ってみませんか？

『一般募集GVチーム Japan Hope Builders』
この夏、「地球の歩き方ボランティアマガジン」と旅行代理店「STAトラベル」、そしてハビタット・ジャパンのコラボレーションチームがバンコク（タイ）にて住居建築活動に参加してきました。全国各地から１７名のボランティアが集まりました。参加者にとって、ハビタットの活動に参加するのは初めて。しかもチームメンバーの殆どが１人での申し込みだったので、成田で初顔合わせ。
１１月の「ハビ人集会」では、彼らの８日間とチーム作りを、このチームに参加したメンバーからご紹介します！日時：11月4日(火) 7:00P.M.-（入場無料）
