Habitat for Humanity Japan (HFHJ)'s Travelers with a Purpose (TWP) is a forum for people interested in travel and making a difference in the world to meet, socialize, and learn from each other. Each meeting focuses on a different theme related to travel, housing, and volunteerism. Meetings also provide opportunities for attendees to learn about upcoming HFHJ global house-building trips. The group meets the first Tuesday of every month and is open to everyone. Entrance is free. We look forward to seeing you there!

We will not have the TWP meeting in January because of the vacation
period. Let's talk about the Travel with a Purpose with your familiy
and friends during the vacation.

Global Build was a signature week-long event that started on 29th September and ended by marking the United Nations’ designated World Habitat Day on 6th October.
More than 70 volunteers were in India to help build 14 homes with people of Bhalaswa, a resettlement colony in northwest Delhi, under a project organized by Habitat for Humanity in India.Place：Ben’s Cafe

"Global Build in India"
10月3日の「ワールド・ハビタット・デイ」にちなんでインドで行われた
Global Build in India（2008.9/27-10/6）。日本からのボランティア9名が参加し、世界から集まったボランティアと共に一斉に14軒の家を建てるという大きな建築イベントとなりました。その活動内容をご紹介します！日時:2009年2月3日（火）19時～（入場無料）
